Citrus Glow Salad with Oolio & Daily Crunch

Ingredients

  • 1 head of red endive or chicory, leaves separated
  • 2 small oranges, peeled + segmented
  • ½ shallot, thinly sliced
  • 1 red chili, thinly sliced (optional for heat)
  • Handful of fresh mint leaves
  • ¼ cup Oolio olive oil (be generous!)
  • Flaky sea salt, to taste
  • Handful of Daily Crunch Dill Pickle almonds
  • Optional: microgreens or sprouts for garnish

Citrus Glow Salad with Oolio & Daily Crunch

A citrusy, crunchy summer salad that’s just as good-looking as it is crave-worthy — with endive, juicy orange, and a savory dill pickle crunch from Daily Crunch.

Step 1: Plate the red endives and micro greens
Fan out your chicory leaves in a sunburst shape (you’re an artist now!).

Step 2: Layer the citrus
Tuck orange segments in between the leaves. Scatter over thin slices of shallot and chili.

Step 3: Add the magic
Drizzle Oolio generously over everything. Add lemon & sprinkle with sea salt.

Step 4: Crunch time.
Top with a fistful of Daily Crunch Dill Pickle almonds — salty, tangy, addictive.

Step 5: Finish it off.
