So, why the double O?
Well, "OLIO" means oil in Italian, but we wanted to add an extra twist—an extra "O" for that extra oomph because why not double the fun? Oolio is all about flavor, color, and energy. At Oolio, we take what's inside the bottle very seriously — organic, cold-extracted, loaded with polyphenols (aka the good-for-you stuff).
But the brand? That’s all about bringing the good vibes. We believe food is how we connect — how we make memories, share love, and celebrate life. So, whether you're cooking for yourself or hosting a full-on dinner party, Oolio wants to be right there with you, making every moment a little more golden :)
We started Oolio because we were searching for something better. Something fresher, more vibrant, and made with care — not just another dusty bottle of old, blended oils.
That’s when we met Gero — our olive oil guru from Sicily. His family has been nurturing their groves for four generations, using organic practices, traditional methods, and a no-waste philosophy that honors the land as much as the craft.
Visiting their farm was like stepping into a sun-drenched dream — ancient trees, golden light, and a way of life built on patience, love, and respect.
We knew right away we had to share it. So we teamed up to create Oolio: fresh, organic olive oil crafted with so much heart (and zero shortcuts) you can taste it.
